has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,

Term; Termination

Accounts;
GunPoS.com.au may, in its sole discretion, allow approved customers to
open a trading account. Please contact us for full details. All accounts are
strictly 14 day net terms. An interest surcharge of 10% [which may be varied
without notice from time to time] may be imposed on overdue accounts. We will
always tell you in advance if an interest charge is applicable to your account.
It is a condition of delivery of any products detailed on your (the
purchaser’s) invoice that until the purchaser has paid the purchase price in
full, the product(s) remain the sole and absolute property of GunPoS.com.au
as full and equitable owner and possession by the purchaser of such product(s)
is solely as bailee for GunPoS.com.au. The purchaser hereby authorises GunPoS.com.au
to enter its premises to remove such products(s) in the event that payment has
not been made for such product(s) within 14 days from the date of the
purchasers invoice.
Notice
GunPoS.com.au may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general
notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have
provided to GunPoS.com.au.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the
state of Victoria, Australia, without regard to choice of law provisions. You
agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or
indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited
to the purchase of GunPoS.com.au products) shall be in the state or
federal courts located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Any cause of action
or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to
the purchase of GunPoS.com.au products) must be commenced within one (1)
year after the claim or cause of action arises. GunPoS.com.au's failure
to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms
and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

Refunds and Returns Policy
What you need to know
At GunPoS we're all here to ensure your shopping
experience is simple and convenient. You can return items by pre-paid mail or
freight paid but you must contact us first to obtain a Return Authority
Number before returning the product.
To help us respond to your return quickly and avoid
any frustration please familiarize yourself with the following information.
1. Please retain your receipt
In order to process a refund, exchange or repair a product purchased from
GunPoS, you should have clear proof of purchase - typically a receipt. If you
do not have clear proof of purchase, GunPoS is not obligated to offer you an
exchange, refund or repair. However, under certain circumstances^ GunPoS may
elect to repair, exchange or issue a Gift Card for the product. For loss
prevention purposes we will need to record your personal details. For further

2. Is the product faulty, unfit for purpose or does
not match it's advertised description?
Once proof of purchase has been established, if the product fault can safely
and clearly be determined (such as "Dead on arrival"), we will offer
you either a refund, exchange, repair or Gift Card.
Where the product fault is difficult or potentially dangerous to determine (for
example if it is an electrical or software item), we will need to consult with
the manufacturer or repair agent to determine the fault and resolution.
Our sales staff are happy to liaise with the manufacturer or repair agent on
your behalf to resolve the issue but it may take six weeks or more to complete
the process.
It may be more convenient for you to liaise with the manufacturer directly
(which may be more time efficient).
GunPoS can supply you with their relevant contact details upon request. GunPoS
cannot offer a refund or exchange where the product has sustained damage due to
inappropriate use, whether that has been identified by GunPoS, the manufacturer
or repair agent. If the product does not match it's advertised description,
GunPoS will provide you with either a refund or Gift Card to the value of the
item purchased.
3. Have you changed your mind?
If you still have your receipt and it is within 14 days of purchase, GunPoS
will give you an exchange, refund or credit (in the form of a Gift Card),
providing the product is:
- In its original condition and packaging (including manuals and accessories)
- Not on the Product Exclusion List (please see below)
If you meet the above conditions but are returning a product outside the 14
day return period, GunPoS will offer you an exchange or a Gift Card
credited with the value of the item purchased.
If you cannot provide proof of purchase but otherwise meet the
conditions listed above, GunPoS will offer you an exchange or Gift Card
credited with the value of the item at the lowest recorded system price as its
purchase date cannot be determined.
Returns Policy
GunPoS understands that sometimes you will want to
return products to us. We endeavor to make this as simple and straight forward
as possible. We can assist you when your return meets our guidelines below.
